Ingredient and Portion
杏仁粉(或芝麻粉) 3湯匙
馬蹄粉 3湯匙
白糖 2茶匙
清水 1/2杯
Method
1. 將杏仁粉和白糖放入清水,拌勻。
2. 馬蹄粉用杏仁水拌勻,將粉漿倒入長方形的糕盆內。(備註:粉漿高度約1毫米便可,如果高度太高或太矮,糕可能太薄或太厚,難於完成步驟4。)
3. 用鑊煲滾水後,放糕盆入鑊內,以大火隔水蒸3至4分鐘。
4. 蒸熟後取出,用冷水沖糕盆底部,在糕盆內卷成條形,切成小段,每節約2厘米長即可。
Tips
1. 可以將杏仁卷改成芝麻卷,用芝麻粉取代杏仁粉便可。
2. 也可將杏仁卷改成杏仁芝麻千層糕,只要將杏仁粉漿和芝麻粉漿逐層倒入糕盆內蒸便可。
