麵包條可算是健康小食,制作簡易,由於無蛋又無牛油及奶.適合素食者,亦適合對蛋或奶品敏感的人士.

Ingredient and Portion
有機未漂白的麵粉 500克
橄欖油 2湯匙
酵母 1.5茶匙
麥芽精 1茶匙
海盬 1茶匙
水 300克
新鮮迷迭香 15克
Method
1. 將所有材料混合, 除迷迭香外
2. 揉成麵團,
3. 揉大約10分鐘,
4. 蓋上保鮮紙,待20-30分鐘後, 麵團將發酵至約2倍大5. 拿出麵團,將迷迭香加入麵團, 揉大約5分鐘,
6. 將麵團分成4份, 將麵團輾至長方型, 再切條
7. 放入焗爐烤箱. 以190℃火焗20分鐘
Tips
水溫需約40℃或以下
