帶子粒蒸肉餅

白色一粒粒果D係帶子不是肥豬肉,帶子代替了肥豬肉,口感同味道都不錯。
Ingredient and Portion
梅頭豬肉(絞碎) 10至15元
冰鮮珍寶帶子 2至3粒
Seasoning
生抽 1湯匙
紹酒 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
生粉 1茶匙
Method
1. 將冰鮮珍寶帶子溶冰,切碎,備用。
2. 將絞碎豬肉加入所有調味,拌勻。
3. 最後加入碎帶子粒,隔水蒸十二分鐘。
Tips
謹記不要過火,否則帶子的鮮味會過度流失。
