生抽 小量
糖 小量
栗粉 小量
油 小量
蒜頭 小量
Method
1.先把雞亦洗乾, 用廚房紙印走多餘水份.
2.加入調味料拌勻, 醃半小時.
3.放入光波爐, 以攝氏180度焗10分鐘
4.反轉雞亦, 再以攝氏180度焗10分鐘
