Ingredient and Portion
新鮮大魷魚 1隻
薑 1片
蒜茸 1湯匙
乾蔥片 1湯匙
Seasoning
咖喱粉 1湯匙
糖 1 茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
水 150毫升
Method
1.魷魚去軟骨內臟洗淨,切件,瀝乾水份備用
2.燒鍋落油,放入薑片、乾蔥片及蒜茸炒香,加入咖喱粉炒勻
3.加入水、糖、鹽及生抽煮滾
4.放入魷魚炒勻,轉中火煮約8-10分鐘
