非常容易煮又惹味的小食。
Ingredient and Portion
雞中翼 1至2磅
乾蔥頭 1粒
南乳 1/2塊(約2湯匙)
砂糖 2茶匙
酒 3湯匙
水 3湯匙
Method
1. 煎鍋用中火燒熱,下乾蔥、南乳及糖後,不停鏟動至糖溶。
2. 下雞翼爆香,下酒,使雞翼沾滿南乳,加水煮15分鐘直至汁收乾即成(約5分鐘)。
