北海道3.6牛乳 450毫升
淡忌廉 150毫升
魚膠粉 7g
砂糖 15g
Method
1.將牛乳及淡忌廉倒進煲裡,用細火煲至出煙
2.將魚膠粉和砂糖混合至牛乳中
3.將混合物過篩
4.倒入瓶子並放進冰柜3-4小時即成
Tips
1.牛乳用細火煲至出煙即成,不能煮滾
2.入瓶子前必須除去所有泡沫
3.淡忌廉用低脂版也可以
