Ingredient and Portion
紅安琪梨 4個
檸檬汁 1/2杯
砂糖 1/3杯
多用途麵粉 1/3杯
玉桂 1茶匙
杏仁粒 1/2杯
合桃粒1/2杯
酥皮 2塊
牛油(切小粒)) 2湯匙
Method
1. 焗爐預熱至攝氏160度,將第一塊酥皮放於餅模上按壓備用。
2. 將安琪梨去皮及去芯,切粒後加入檸檬汁。
3. 把安琪梨加入砂糖、麵粉、玉桂、杏仁粒及合桃粒以順時針方向拌勻。
4. 將材料倒在餅模上,放上牛油粒。
5. 封上第二塊酥皮,捲起外圍多出的酥皮。
6. 用餐刀於酥皮拮上排氣孔。
7. 放於焗爐中央焗45至50分鐘,直至金黃色。
8. 取出後待涼即可。
