乾蔥頭 半個

雞精 適量
鹽 適量
Method
1. 將番茄切片,青椒和乾蔥頭切絲。
2. 將食用油燒至七分熱,放入乾蔥頭和青椒翻炒至變軟後,倒入番茄片繼續翻炒片刻,放入少許雞精和鹽再翻炒,待番茄煮出汁後后,即可關火上碟。
Tips
喜歡酸味的話可多放些番茄,用這道菜的汁撈飯也很好吃。
