粉絲 20克

薑 2片

帶子醃料:
黑胡椒粉 少許
鹽 1/3茶匙

調味料:
鹽 1茶匙
Method
1. 帶子洗淨,用廚房紙巾吸乾水分,用醃料醃片刻。
2. 三色椒洗淨、去蒂、去核、切絲。
3. 粉絲放入滾水煮熟,瀝乾。
4. 燒熱鑊,下麻油,爆香洋蔥、三色椒絲,下帶子炒至熟。
5. 加入粉絲,下調味料,炒勻。
