香噴噴的豬扒加上芝士的香味,看到都想吃~~
Ingredient and Portion
豬扒 1磅
雞蛋 1隻
芝士粉 1瓶
青瓜 1條
Seasoning
糖、生抽、胡椒粉、生油、麻油、水各少許
Method
1. 豬扒切小片,用調味料醃好。
2. 雞蛋打散,把已醃好旳豬扒沾上蛋汁,再沾上芝士粉。
3. 煎豬扒至熟(用快子拮下,豬扒身實實地,就即是熟)
4. 青瓜切片,伴碟,完成。
Tips
1. 我喜歡把豬扒切小片,吃的時侯比較方便。
2. 芝士粉倒出在碗內,方便沾上。
