Daily Work Schedule(exluding meal/rest breaks):
(a) 10:00-15:00, 16:00-21:00 (Meal break: 15:00-16:00)
(b) 12:00-15:00, 16:00-23:00 (Meal break: 15:00-16:00)
- 10 working hours per day
- Shift work required
Job Description:
- Preparing dishes
- Preparing ingredients
- Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
- Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes
- Monitoring food quality and hygiene
- Allocating manpower and training staff
- Managing the operation of kitchen
- Assisting in other kitchen duties
Language Requirement
