Social Worker - SO SO Youth Life

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of project activities, including data collection methods and evaluation processes
• Manage project finances effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Prepare and present detailed reports on program activities, proposals, budgets, and statistical information

2. Team Management and Development:

• Provide supervision and support to the Project Officer and project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with local NGOs and collaborators
• Proactively engage with local partners to establish a community resource and support network for youth independent living
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working Location : Wanchai
• Contract end date: 31/3/2028

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Social Work
• Registered Social Worker
• Minimum 4 years of NGO experience in youth work
• Passion for youth community building and independent living
• Open-minded, analytical, self-disciplined, and eager to learn
• Strong planning and implementation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Skilled in forming networks and engaging stakeholders
