Sales Assistant (Luxury industry)

About the role:

Wristcheck is growing! We're looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in our brand new showroom, located at the very heart of Hong Kong's shopping and tourism district in Tsim Sha Tsui. In this role, you will be the beating heart of our Sales Team - whether that's coordinating sales processes and maintaining our CRM system, letting your creativity shine across our regional social media platforms, or seamlessly transitioning to frontline services and helping curate the Wristcheck experience!

This role is a full-time, on-site role based in our Tsim Sha Tsui showroom, working Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting showroom operations, from wrapping watches, to operating our POS system, to maintaining and organizing stockroom and supply areas, making sure that everything is ready to go at a moment's notice.
• Facilitating social media marketing efforts in collaboration with our in-house marketing teams, participating in content ideation, production, and posting.
• Enhancing the client experience with our trademark Wristcheck hospitality – managing appointments, coordinating pre- and after-sales enquiries and processes, and preparing "surprise and delight" touches to ensure every interaction feels unforgettable.
• Fully utilizing our proprietary CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships, information, and interactions to help us create personalized experiences for all our clients.

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of sales, operations, or administrative experience in the luxury sales industry. No watch knowledge, no problem – we'll teach you what you need to know!
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Great interpersonal skills and a love for teamwork – we're a small, tight-knit team that works closely together!
• Strong written and verbal and communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin would also be a huge plus.
