Job Description
Requirements:
- F. 7 level / HKDSE (Grade 4+ in English or Mathematics) or above
- Minimum 3 years merchandising and production planning experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Advanced Excel skills (Lookup, Pivot table)
- Well spoken and written English, fluent Putonghua as well as Cantonese
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks
- Detail Oriented
- Good team player and good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal sales team in forecast planning
- Monitor inventory level and replenishment status in a timely basis
- Issue orders and follow up production with suppliers
- Handle customer’s enquiries
- Coordinate with internal logistic team on delivery arrangement
- Assist in general office work and ad hoc tasks as required.
