Job Description
| Responsibilities: | |||||||||
| - Provide telephone, remote, and on-site computer technical support. | |||||||||
| - Install, configure and maintain computer systems and related equipment. | |||||||||
| - Perform IT tasks such as network and computer administration and support, system checking, backup and report generation. | |||||||||
| - Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure. | |||||||||
| - Outdoor work is required. | |||||||||
| Requirements: | |||||||||
| - Form 5 level; one year of experience; knowledge of computer/network/electronic information related fields. | |||||||||
| - 1-2 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting. | |||||||||
| - Ability to work shifts, including night shifts and holidays. | |||||||||
| -Night shift workers can work from home but are required to be on call. | |||||||||
| - Possess a valid motorcycle license (fuel allowance) and be able to work in the field. | |||||||||
| - Familiarity with common operating systems and application software. | |||||||||
| - Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese. | |||||||||
| - Immediately available preferred. | |||||||||
| $18,000-$25,000 per month(Depending on work experience) | |||||||||

| - 持有有效的電單車牌(油費津貼)，能夠進行外勤工作。 | ||||||||
| - 熟悉常用操作系統及應用軟件。 | ||||||||
| - 良好的英語和粵語書寫和口語能力。 | ||||||||
| - 能立即到崗者優先考慮。 | ||||||||
| 月薪﹕港幣$18,000-$25,000 (視乎工作經驗) | ||||||||
