Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead a team to check engineering design, review design drawings and reports;
- To coordinate and lead design consultants to prepare design submissions and to provide design services to the Construction team in a timely manner;
- To help Senior Management in perform design/technical supervision to on-going construction projects;
- To participate in Project Meetings and communicate with the Engineer for technical issues as well as government agencies including Building Department, CEDD, EPD and other government agencies;
- To provide support to Technical Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ General Manager in terms of engineering analysis, value engineering.
Job Requirement:
- Degree or above in Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 5-10 years of construction project experience;
- Minimum 2 years of design management experience;
- Professional Skills in Structural design / Geotechnical design / Civil Engineering design / Temporary works design / Design Coordination/ Design optimization;
- Proficient in Design software;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Design Engineer;
- Experience in Working with Consultant is an advantage;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
