Accounting Assistant, Property Asset Management

Job Description

sponsibilities

  • Handle full set of accountings and assist in month-end accounts for each of the properties

  • Perform the new accounting system (FlexSystem) implementation  

  • Liaise with incorporated owners, tenants and landlords from time to time on the property accounts

  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Holder of Diploma or LCCI level, majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the property management field

  • Proven experience in successful systems implementation

  • Able to work independently, and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
