Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor warehouse operation teams, ensure subordinates are strictly followed the SOP and standard route
- Ensure and maintain proper stock control in warehouse
- Maintain stock accuracy, organize daily, weekly and monthly inventory count
- Coordinate and communicate with all factory stakeholders, internal and 3PL to ensure daily operation runs smoothly
- Investigate the non-conformity and incident cases when required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics / Warehouse Management
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience, with floor management and warehouse project experience is highly preferred
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, well organized
- Strong Knowledge in SAP / ERP System
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Holder of forklift license is highly preferred
