Electronic Engineer, Hardware (Power Tools / Power Electronics)

Responsibilities:

• Solid embedded system and Electronics circuit design development experience for power products
• Independent role in handling design, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement that may arise during product development.
• Working closely with other ENGs and PM team members to participate in NPD Projects, from concept to launch.
• Logical thinking and good communication with customers, suppliers, and production teams on technical communications
• Conduct simulations and physical testing to validate the design, including circuit analysis, electromagnetic analysis, EMC/EMI requirements/regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in electronic design and apply them to the design process

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 1 years of experience in electronics design and product development, power product experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of NPD Process, Experience in handling DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP Process

• Experience in development at one of the following areas will be an advantage:

  • Power supply design, such as inverter, DC-DC converters or AC-DC converters
  • RF knowledge such as measurement and tuning of antenna. antenna design in BLE or wireless power transfer
  • Hardware design of sensors
• Strong technical knowledge in hardware design, PCB layout, circuit design in Altium
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken & written
• More experienced candidates can be considered as Senior Electronic Engineer, Hardware
