About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to support our group business expansion and to offer world-class claims services to our group medical clients and their employees.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle claims process, including pre-approval case, inpatient, and outpatient claims
- communicate with customers onthe claims decision
- Prepare regular reports and statistics
- participate in projects of system enhancement and new product development
- Handle administrative support duties in the claims area
About you
- Minimum of 3 years of claims experience in medical claims (both inpatient and outpatient claims) in a direct insurer or TPA service provider
- At least 1 year of experience in group medical claims assessment
- Good communication skills with customers
- Independent, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving capability
- Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Claims Officer.
