Purchasing Officer / Technical Service Assistant

Jobs Responsibilities:
 

• Work independently on customers' inquiry (including technical issue, spare parts arrangement)
• Arrange timely supplies and spares to customer
• Order processing and follow-up
• Act as the primary contact and maintain good relationship with customers
• AR collection
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager

Jobs Requirements:

• HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above
• At least 5 years working experience in purchasing and preferably in ship management industry is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Have good communication, well organized and a fast learner
• Required working seriously with a high sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken English is a MUST
• Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
• Candidates study in the discipline of Marine or Mechanical Engineering will be considered as “Technical Service Assistant”

We offer 5-days work per week, transportation allowance, overtime pay, medical scheme, double pay & bonus.
