Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Component Supply Chain Managerto oversee the sourcing, procurement, and logistics of components used in our travel gear. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to our third-party manufacturing partners, while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for components (e.g., zippers, buckles, fabrics, RFID materials).
• Source and qualify new suppliers to support innovation, cost reduction, and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of components and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast component needs based on sales and production plans.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost and value.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Quality teams to ensure component specifications are met.
• Implement and maintain supply chain KPIs, reporting tools, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and ethical sourcing standards.
• Ensure that logistics activities align with overall supply chain strategies, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to end customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in consumer goods or fashion accessories.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers in Asia is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of upstream supply chain processes, vendor management, and material sourcing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and material compliance (e.g., REACH, OEKO-TEX, PFAS requirement).
• Familiarity with travel gear or soft goods manufacturing.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus.
