Chef de Partie

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Chef de Partie to supervising and planning food production and service for Spices, a Southeast Asian Cuisine.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure high standard and quality of the dish. Check the food quality and temperature before serving.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in food preparation.
• Train and supervise Junior and Senior Cooks (A & B) on daily tasks.
• Support cost control efforts and reduce food wastage.
• Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen. Strictly follow all hygiene standard of the company.

General requirements

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent of English is preferable.
