Customer Services Assistant (Fresh Grad/ IANG/ TTPS are welcome)

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze local market trends and needs, define the potential industry and customers
• Gathering the information of competitor’s products/technologies, strategies and marketing plans to create the corresponsive plan
• Identifying prospects and develop systematic business development plans
• Responsible for improving the functional requirements of SMS platform
• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide quality service support efficiently
• Cooperation with different telecom operators
• Establishing a comprehensive SMS Router database
• Completing ad hoc assignments from supervisors

Requirement

• F.5 or above
• Fresh Grad/ IANG/ TTPS are welcome
• Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, more experience will be considered as Supervisor level
• Proactive with excellent sales techniques, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English / Cantonese (Mandarin is a MUST)
• Willing to work on Saturdays or Shift duties
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
