Job Summary
Join a leading company in the growing Cloud Computing industry! We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to support clients in onboarding and managing their cloud services. You will be the first point of contact for subscription and billing inquiries, providing friendly and professional assistance. Training will be provided on Microsoft cloud products and service provisioning. If you want to build valuable experience in customer service and cloud solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer contract renewals and cultivate long-term relationships with customers

Provide first-level customer service, manage hotlines, handle inquires, and assist with billing support for customers

Validate and process orders for cloud service subscriptions
-
Adhere to prescribed procedures and workflows to accurately complete tasks within committed timelines and service levels
-
Coordinate service provision for customer orders using integrated business support system and vendor ordering platforms
-
Assign, monitor, and escalate dispatched tasks to technical teams and vendors related to service provision
-
Assist in preparing accurate & timely reports

Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
We are looking for:
-
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
-
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with experience on handling customer enquiry hotline

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
-
Good command of written Chinese and English
-
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-
A warm, approachable and helpful manner
-
Passionate, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
