Management Associate - Business Development  

Location: Kwun Tong
Reporting to: Directors of the Company

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Partnership Growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new B2B opportunities, nurture strategic partnerships, and manage key client relationships. Your goal is to turn business ideas into tangible outcomes that drive long-term growth.

Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze data and market trends to uncover insights, drive research, and guide decision-making. You will connect the dots and bring clarity to complexity.

Strategic Support & Independent Execution
Support our directors by taking ownership of projects from idea to implementation. You will plan, structure, research, and execute with autonomy and purpose.

Drive Change & Innovation
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new ways of working, introducing effective processes, and identifying growth opportunities.


Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is strategic, analytical, and relationship-driven — someone who gets things done and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a top-tier university

Experience

  • 1–3 years in business development, account management, or strategy

  • Exposure to B2B sales or partnership management is a plus

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability

Skills & Attributes

  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated

  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills

  • Commercially aware with a strategic mindset

  • Innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects under pressure

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
