Forest Hills Lab (FHL) is a dynamic biotech company headquartered in Hong Kong with two divisions comprised of Therapeutics and Aesthetics. FHL Therapeutics division is engaged in drug development for neuro-degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases as well as traumatic brain injuries, including phase 1 and 2 clinical trials with the US FDA.
FHL Aesthetics division is focused on manufacturing and distributing medical-grade aesthetics products such as HA fillers, skin boosters and meso serums, etc. Recently, FHL is also affiliated with an innovative AI-powered aesthetic clinic platform company, Dr. Kudos Lab (DKL). FHL and its affiliated companies are part of the portfolio companies under Mstone biotech platform which incubates and manages a number of bio-pharma and healthcare companies in the US and Asia. Mstone sold one of its portfolio companies in pediatric orphan drug development in the US for an acquisition price up to US$680M last year. Mstone is headquartered and co-located in Hong Kong with FHL and DKL.
We are looking for a talented and passionate business development/account management professional in FHL Aesthetics division with close synergies with other businesses under Mstone platform. There may be competitive compensation packages, including attractive equity-linked programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain good relationship with existing distributors, with emphasis on business expansion and performance enhancement in multiple countries particularly in but not limited to Russian and CIS countries.
- Actively participate in new business development including: identifying new distributors, looking for relevant business opportunities, licensing and partnering transactions, devising strategic plans, marketing analysis, etc
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with distributors and other business partners
- Prepare regular sales forecast, reports and performance analysis
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, finance, legal and SCM teams
- Manage local commercialization partnering project
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or above
- 8 - 10 years of working experience of relevant sales/BD experience
- Native or highly proficient in Russian in business communication
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Medical aesthetics and/or medical device industry experience is preferred
- Hands-on B2B sales and business development experience would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills in multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skill with strong business acumen
