Senior Channel Sales (South East Asia)

Job Requirements

• Implement strategic sales plans to enter new international markets and grow existing ones.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities.
• Negotiate with major clients and distributors for long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Assess risks related to currency, logistics, and political issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Electronics/FMCG industry, including 1 year in a senior overseas-focused role.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in Asia.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; experienced in market analysis and sales forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
