Senior Investment Analyst (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare research and analysis on investments or projects for management team
• Involved in investment and asset management process
• Identify potential risks and opportunities for management review
• Engage with outside vendors to discuss potential opportunities
• Prepare and monitor monthly investment data and reports
• Assist in transaction closings, documentation and payments

• Assist in the development of investment strategies and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above; holder of CFA or CPA will be advantages;
• 5 years relevant working experience in real estate investment analysis or related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and excel
• Well-organized and detail minded, ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability preferred
