System Analyst (WestK)

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting for technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve them.

• Engage in system design, development, testing, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.

• Liaise with external service providers to ensure applications and operations comply with IT policies and standards

• Participate in cross-team development to ensure interfaces and system integrations meet standards.

• Work with the infrastructure team to ensure systems and applications run within the expected environment setup.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of business and system flows to identify improvement opportunities with proper documentation.

• Provide training and routine support on systems and processes to end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.

• Dedicated experience in two of the following systems: Ticketing systems, POS, System integration, and payment gateway.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Experience with DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

• Familiarity with database management systems and programming languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Proven team player with a mature and positive attitude.

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
