 Job Description

Develop quality products & experiences on time, on cost, in a responsible manner, according to brand purpose, brand, and consumer needs for low to medium complexity projects.

 Responsibilities:
・Responsible for supplement and skincare product development
・Liaise with internal teams to carry out product development from market research, product concept, formulation, and packaging design to market presentation
・Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the entire supply chain by outsourced manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with all mandatory standards
・Monitor production schedule, costing, and forecasting
・Manage stocking and inventory flow, waste control, and quality

 Requirements:
・University degree in Business Management, Marketing or Science-related discipline
・Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience, with experience in the supplement/ skincare industry, is essential
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Independent and good problem-solving skills
・Preferably working in a cross-functional organisational structure
・Fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin, Japanese preferred
・Mastery of technologies: packaging, formula, manufacturing and packaging process
・Mastery of launch processes: brief, estimated prices, pre-pros, artworks…
・Experienced in planning and managing multiple projects
・Experience of risk evaluation techniques
