Responsibilities:

Responsible for order processing and documentation

Coordinate with related parties to ensure delivery of sales orders

Prepare sales contracts for approval and provide administrative support including document filing etc.

Requirements:

HKCEE/DSE graduate or above

1-2 years' relevant working experience, experience in handling sales orders / customer services hotline is preferred

Proficiency in Chinese word processing and Excel
