Responsibilities
-
Assist the Manager in the development and implementation of strategic plans for continuing education and collaborative training programmes

Work closely with the key stakeholders to develop, deliver or source appropriate training and development programmes for all disciplines using various instructional techniques and formats, including classroom training, e-learning and workshops
-
Manage and coordinate health-related courses and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) offerings
-
Oversee the departmental budget, including the analysis of course income and expenses, record-keeping, and annual projections
-
Supervise Senior Officers and Clerks to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards
-
Contribute to the evaluation of programmes and initiatives, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement and innovation in educational offerings
-
Lead the development of e-learning platform and provide training for IIPD colleagues or other stakeholders on the development of e-learning programmes
-
Provide administrative support to the Manager, facilitating effective communication and workflow
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare or related disciplines and preferably with a post-graduate Master in Health Services, Education / Training or related discipline

Proven work experience as a Trainer / Facilitator or similar role

Possess knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation

Excellent planning and execution ability
-
Strong leadership, influencing and facilitation skills

Good interpersonal skills
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Experience with setting up e-learning platforms is an advantage
-
Valid AHA BLS/ ACLS/ PALS Instructor is preferred
