ERP business analyst - SAP

• 5-day work week
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT
• 5 yrs of exp. as a BA & in Proj Mgt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the delivery of global SAP projects by developing test scenarios, conducting systems and integration testing, and ensuring that quality and functionality meet desired standards
• Manage projects related to transforming, implementing, and integrating SAP/ERP,with other manufacturing and supply chain systems.
• Conduct user requirement gathering, feasibility studies, gap analysis, SIT, UAT, and oversee global rollouts of systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables and business objectives are met.
• Support the BI development team by providing guidance on data structure and definition to build analysis reports for the business
• Create or update end user documentationand training materials, and communicate any significant changes to relevant users through training sessions or presentations

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Certified in any of the SAP modules (SD / MM / PP / FICO / etc.)

Experience / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the manufacturing, wholesale, or supply chain sectors
• Experience in full project life cycle implementation, from defining requirements to testing and implementation.
• Experience with implementing and/or improving manufacturing systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and users.
• Travel to the Asia Pacific region may be required to provide application support and training.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst

Technical competency Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team and self-motivate
• Possessing knowledge in RPA or business process re-engineering is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being a requirement
• Experience in programming languages such as ABAP, VB, Java, PHP, HTML, XML, C, or C++ is an advantage
• Technical proficiency in data mapping and ABAP interaction is necessary
