IT Operations Engineer(IT 運維工程師 ）

Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the daily configuration, maintenance, and management of the company’s networks, local servers, and office IT devices; enhance IT O&M policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency;
2.Maintain cold and hot wallets, local custody systems, and server rooms used in the company’s virtual asset trading services;
3.Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure the security, availability, and optimal performance of the company’s virtual asset trading platform.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages; prior experience with virtual assets is an advantage;
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in network O&M and management; proficiency in AWS infrastructure O&M solid understanding of basic technologies (including firewalls and routing); strong problem-solving, analytical, and learning abilities;
3.Strong sense of responsibility; good communication and coordination skills; proven ability to conduct reviews and capture technical insights for continuous improvement, as well as to effectively manage IT assets; willingness to embrace and align with the company’s values and corporate culture.

職位職責：
負責公司網絡運維及管理工作，依據合規流程完善運維制度與規範，並負責本地服務器及辦公設備的配置管理與日常運維工作；
負責維護加密貨幣交易業務的冷熱錢包、本地託管系統及本地機房等 IT 運維工作；
與公司 IT 運維相關同事及其他業務關聯部門緊密協作，共同做好交易平台的運維工作。
任職要求：
統招本科及以上學歷，計算機、信息類相關專業；英語與普通話均可作為工作語言，有數字貨幣相關經驗者優先；
具備 5 年以上網絡運維及管理相關經驗，熟練掌握亞馬遜雲（AWS）基礎運維，擁有紮實的防火牆、網絡路由等基礎知識，能獨立發現並解決問題，且善於總結與思考；
責任心強，具備較強的溝通協作能力與學習能力，善於總結復盤日常工作、沉澱相關技術資產，認同企業文化及工作模式。
