Customer service including welcoming patients

Handle enquiries, receptions, registration and serve customers

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas

Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients at all times

Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements

Good communication skills and work attitude; punctual, polite, and responsible

Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
-
Basic computer skills, familiar with both Chinese and English input methods

HKCEE/DSE or above
-
On-the-job training will be provided
