Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks
  • Preparing invoices, purchase orders and maintain payment records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers and assist in daily operational support
  • Assist in checking, organizing, and packaging goods, arranging transportation (e.g., SF Express) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and simple customer inquiries when needed
  • Form 6 or above; 2 year or more of office/administrative experience is preferred
  • Basic written spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
