ABOUT THE ROLE

The Financial Accountant will have the responsibility of assisting with month-end and year-end accounting, report preparation, journal processing, and general ledger reconciliation. This role requires a keen eye for detail and entails close collaboration with the Finance team on various finance-related assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and accurate reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet
• Month end accounting tasks and journal entries
• Review of financial records and correction of errors
• Expenditure and margin reporting, variance review and analysis
• Conduct financial accounting and reporting for stock reconciliations, journals, fixed assets recording and depreciation, prepayments, and accrued expenses
• Assist with ad-hoc finance admin processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with month end accounting
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation
• Experience with monthly operational & financial reporting
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
