Environmental Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Environmental Management Plan;

• Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report;

• Prepare submission to EPD such as construction waste disposal, notification for air pollution control, construction waste disposal, wastewater discharge license;

• Prepare environmental report for biweekly progress meeting;

• Manage and coordinate all works including the preparation of BEAM Plus submission materials to fullfill the BEAM Plus for New Buildings Version 2.0 requirement;

• Coordinate tree related issue (existing tree within site).

Requirements:

• Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academy (CIC) or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro;

• At least 5 years of construction site experience;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
