Job Description
四年制學徒計劃
- 學徒會被調配到不同部門，務求得到更全面的實習機會
- 包括新安裝、驗機、保養、翻新及維修
- 學徒計劃完成後成為合資格升降機及電扶梯技術從業員
- 公司培訓及發展計劃
- 技術員色帶認證計劃：完善的技術提昇系統(黃帶→綠帶→紅帶→黑帶)
晉升路徑
- 學徒→技術員→高級技術員→助理監督→監督→分區監督
