Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate building services works for a variety of projects, including new building projects, A&A works, and renovation projects.

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of building services installations.

• Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, tender documents, and other relevant design documentation.

• Handle authorities’ submissions and follow up on approvals from relevant government departments.

• Attend and participate in design meetings, progress meetings, site inspections, and other project-related discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• 5 years’ working experience in building services engineering design.

• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities.

• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good communication skills
