Senior Bridge Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide guidance and supervisor to junior engineers
• Undertaking outline and detail bridge design, and both individually and as leader of a small-scale team, for projects within specified timescales
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the design is communicated effectively
• Co-ordination work with other engineers and professionals in providing adequate information for effective project progression
• Produce site plans, general arrangements and calculations, design drawings with approved engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria
• Prepare technical and non-technical reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil/ Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Over 2 years post-chartership experience with corporate membership from HKIE / ICE / IStructE or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of design, engineering principles and best practices
• Able to work under pressure, efficiently and independently, and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
