Registered Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety walk, inspection and participate project and safety meeting
• Accompany with Project Safety Officer to conduct and promote the safety requirements of development agreement from MTR and maintain the company safety standard
• Assist Project Safety Manger conduct risk assessment and method statement for site activities
• Assist to handle all matters related to safety aspects and enforce the Company’s safety policies, safety plan and procedure on project site
• Enhance and promote safety awareness on site throughout safety training
• Any other duties assigned by Project Safety Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experiences as SO (Safety Officer) with construction sites
• High Diploma / Degree holder in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• Experience with MTR project is advantage
• Hold the train to trainer certificate
• Holder of valid First Aider certificate
• Details oriented with strong safety awareness
• Self-motivated, initiative and with good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Night shift may be required upon requested
