Key Responsibilities
Entity Management
- Incorporate new companies in offshore jurisdictions and maintain statutory records.
- Prepare corporate documents such as resolutions, minutes, share certificates, and registers.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Coordinate with clients to collect KYC documents and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage annual filings, renewals, and economic substance reporting.
Client Support
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance on annual renewal processes, statutory obligations, and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients with document requests such as certified copies, apostilles, and notarizations.
Maintain strong client relationshipsby ensuring smooth communication and anticipating administrative needs.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare invoices and assist with billing processes.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with compliance, accounting and offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of offshore jurisdictions and corporate governance principles.
Candidates without prior experience or fresh graduates will be considered for the position of Corporate Services Assistant, with training and career progression opportunities provided
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
