Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Entity Management

    • Incorporate new companies in offshore jurisdictions and maintain statutory records.
    • Prepare corporate documents such as resolutions, minutes, share certificates, and registers.
  • Compliance & Regulatory

    • Coordinate with clients to collect KYC documents and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Monitor and manage annual filings, renewals, and economic substance reporting.
  • Client Support

    • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Provide guidance on annual renewal processes, statutory obligations, and regulatory changes.
    • Assist clients with document requests such as certified copies, apostilles, and notarizations.
    • Maintain strong client relationshipsby ensuring smooth communication and anticipating administrative needs.

  • Administrative Duties

    • Maintain accurate records
    • Prepare invoices and assist with billing processes.
  • Team Collaboration

      Work closely with compliance, accounting and offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of offshore jurisdictions and corporate governance principles.
  • Candidates without prior experience or fresh graduates will be considered for the position of Corporate Services Assistant, with training and career progression opportunities provided

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
