招聘職位：分店主任 SHIFT SUPERVISOR
招聘分店: 荃灣廣場、 荃灣悅萊坊、葵興KCC、 葵芳新都會Starbucks 分店

日期：2025年9月9、23日(星期二)
時間：下午2時至4時
地點：南昌V walk分店
工作時間:
- 每週5-6天工作，輪班輪休
- 每天工作8.5小時 (包含2個小休) + 額外45分鐘膳食時間
工作職責:
- 提供優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境
- 遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品
- 需協助店經理管理店舖營運及人手分配
- 需指導夥伴(員工)有效提升顧客服務質素，以確保夥伴為顧客營造並維持良好的星巴克體驗
工作要求:
- 分店主任必須1年或以上餐飲業或零售業管理經驗
- 良好中英文溝通技巧，主動熱誠，具領導才能及團隊合作精神
- 較少管理經驗者會考慮為咖啡調配師

- 全職5.5天薪酬高達$21K ; 全職四天薪酬高達$15K
