Wine & Spirits Sales Manager

About the role

Sino Vantage Asia Limited, a leading provider of premium wine and spirits, is seeking an experienced Wine & Spirits Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
2. Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors
3. Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships through excellent account management
4. Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to clients
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns
6. Preparing sales reports and analysing data to identify trends and optimise sales performance
7. Mentoring and supporting a team of sales executives to ensure they reach their full potential

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales or account management role within the wine and spirits industry
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a strong client portfolio
3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert recommendations
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
6. Team player with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
