Our clientis a leading provider of high-performance data center solutions in China, strategically positioned in major economic hubs. They are seeking an Account Manager to provide exceptional account management and client services, ensuring customer satisfaction through the efficient delivery of services.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Primary contact for project delivery and service operations, ensuring alignment with service level agreement and fostering customer relationships

  • Service Scope Management: oversee data center build-to-suit, hosting, and network services from delivery to ongoing operations

  • Communication & Coordination: Manage customer communications and coordinate internal resources to meet standards

  • Project Leadership: Lead data center projects, collaborating with teams to manage schedules, quality, costs, and escalate issues as needed

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction, coordinating with teams for service improvement

  • Process Compliance: Adhere to internal processes for procurement, audits, ITIL, and project management

  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to fulfill contracts and adapt to challenges in a team-oriented manner


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • With knowledge of data center, telecom, or construction industries, and data center infrastructure and operations will be a plus
  • Proven customer interface experience with excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
  • A self-motivated learner for data center Industrial, with a strong drive to embrace challenges and adapt to changes.
  • Demonstrated willingness to serve clients and address emergent public relations issues. Skilled in conflict mediation and establishing trust with clients
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with the ability to understand and speak Mandarin
