Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

Job description: 

• Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets

• Pursue new sales opportunity through canvassing, networking and referral

• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and strategies

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Skills & Knowledge: Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Resilient – not afraid of rejection and persistent in following up

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms

• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and partnership development is a plus
