Role Overview

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your role will be focused on ensuring the day to day logistics operations run smoothly, by collaborating with 3PL providers and internal sales teams. Your role will involve tracking shipments, resolving delays, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing schedules in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, handles high-volume queries efficiently, and works proactively to keep logistics running seamlessly. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role within a high growth company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the movement of goods through our warehouse and distribution network
• Partner with 3PL to plan and optimize transportation routes and schedules
• Ability to track multiple processes and handle pull and pay order outbound of the cargo with forwarders, ensure shipments on time arrival
• Update shipping record and status, communicate with internal team
• Maintain accurate shipping data and inventory record
• Liaising with internal teams, logistics providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless shipping arrangement
• Assist logistics manager with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
