Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantify surveying functions in construction project;

• Calculate estimates on the cost for projects;

• Mange costs, values, labour and material process, finance contractual arrangement and legal matters in the construction field;

• Communicate and interface with Engineers as necessary to evaluate project cost.

   

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects; or

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with professional qualification;

• Professional qualification is preferred;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager.
