職責 :與地盤人員、客戶代表和各分判商進行有效的協調, 以確保施工進度和工程質量符合標準; 管理和監督地盤日常事務, 包括人手及資源分配, 工程工序安排及施工質量監控; 處理日常地盤文件並獨立解決地盤現場問題; 確保施工符合安全標準 (工作地點視乎工程項目需要而定) (表現獎金, 交通津貼, 配偶及子女醫療保險)

資歷 :專上教育：文憑/證書; 5年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂Microsoft Office; 持有平安咭; 持有建造業工人註冊證; 至少5年在住宅、辦公室或酒店等的裝修項目經驗; 相關經驗較少將被考慮聘為助理地盤總管

待遇 :每月$35,000 - $45,000 (視乎經驗而定), 有年假12天, 銀行假期, 生日假, 醫療福利, 星期一至五: 上午8時半至下午5時半及星期六: 上午8時半至中午12時半, 每週工作5天半
